Love isn’t always easy. Conflict shows up. Trust gets tested. And sometimes
we stop saying what we really feel. You don’t need to have all the answers
before we talk. We’ll figure it out together — honestly, gently, and at your pace.
“I keep telling myself it’s not a big deal, but I’m not happy.”
“Every conversation somehow turns into the same argument.”
“I know what I want to say. I’m afraid of what will happen if I actually say it.”
“I love this person. I just don’t know if love is enough anymore.”
“I’ve spent so much time making everyone else happy that I’m not sure what I want anymore.”
Whatever brought you here, we start with what is true for you — not with what you ‘should’ do.
I grew up in Bangalore. At ten, I moved to America and felt like I had landed on another planet. I was different. I didn’t always belong. And I learned early that staying quiet felt safer than saying the wrong thing.
Over time, I learned that belonging doesn’t come from changing yourself. It comes from knowing yourself, trusting your voice, and letting yourself be known — exactly as you are.
Those lessons shape how I coach today. You don’t have to carry it alone.
I spent part of my life learning how to find my own voice.
Now I help other people trust theirs.
You want to feel more confident, clear and true to yourself in relationships.
You want to deepen connection, navigate conflict, and build something stronger.
Divorce, separation, new relationships, moving forward.
You’re unsure what you want or what’s next — and you’re ready to explore.
You don’t need a perfectly defined problem to begin.
When you have something important to say but don’t know how to say it.
Saying what you need, without guilt or feeling like you’re being too much.
Understanding what’s underneath the arguments — and how to move forward together.
Rebuilding trust — in your partner, in the relationship, and in yourself.
Feeling seen, heard and emotionally close — not just going through the motions.
Understanding what you want, what’s possible, and what’s right for you.
Your friends and family may have opinions. That’s their role. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly.
We look at patterns you didn’t notice before — the ones that keep chewing up your relationships.
We practice the conversations you’ve been avoiding — so they feel less scary in real life.
We focus on what actually matters to you not what you think you’re ‘supposed’ to want.
You leave with clarity, not pressure — and choices you can stand behind.
I’ll listen without making you defend yourself.
I’ll ask the question underneath the question.
I’ll be warm with you — and honest with you.
We’ll make it practical.
You stay in charge.

Sometimes the first step is simply having one conversation where you don’t have to pretend you already know the answer. Come with the situation exactly as it is.
No pressure. No judgment. Just an honest conversation.
